Dr Warren Lett, M.A.P.S is an experienced therapist, psychologist, consultant, trainer and group process professional. His work in all applications is directed towards the understanding of, and inquiry into human meanings. This approach relies on the idea that people want to make meaning in their lives, and with some assistance, are able to do so. Making sense of your life allows you to accept how it is, or make choices and changes about how you want it to be, in the light of your own increasing awareness of the values you hold.
In creating a stronger sense of you in your life, conversations might be about your experiencing, you might attend to your emotions, find them in your body, give voice to them, draw sometimes, tell or enact stories, write a bit, all in simple ways, to increase access to the understandings not yet quite known. Or the work might be done simply as conversations which reflect upon the meanings of actual lived experience, such as anxious depression, relationship issues, anger, violence, body awareness and food, health, sexuality, life change and meaninglessness, cultural change and so on. This work can be done as an individual, for people in various forms of relationship, (friends, partners and families), with small groups, and as consultancy work with groups, and organizations, and as supervision.
